Get that fuel figured out and you will have no trouble. I've run one w/basic boltons and murdered him. If the guy you were runnin was squeezin that much you should be running at least a 100 shot. My motor loves the spray.

How far below the cross member is the pan? I'm seeing varying results. Also, is there any bind with that steering set up?

It hangs about 1/2" down at the lowest point (the oil drain). The steering is as smooth as ihop pancake batter.

its a 125, i have some tr6s in it now. Im gonna see how well she responded to the gear change and exhaust job, Then im gonna put the 100 pills tag it when i hit 3rd. Then try and leave on it. She how she likes it, put the 125 tag it in 3rd, then try and leave off the line on it as well... Im piecing together a dry shot kit for the truck. Ls motors seem to come alive on a dry shot as compared to the wet stuff, so who knows maybe we can get close to knockin on that low 7 second door

i know this is off subject from yall, but i was wondering what wires i need to jump on the plug for the clutch safety switch that was on my manual tranny pedal assym. i'm going automatic. i think there are four wires if i'm not mistaken two to start and two for cruise.

BigDees, I noticed that you had said that your motor sat way lower than with the regular mounts. Ive read this ENTIRE thread. Could you tell me what mounts/how its mounted and what pan/what had to be done with the cross member? PM is fine, or on here. I would really appreciate it.

I took f-body mounts and cut them to fit. My Blazer had engine mounting towers that would have raised the engine about 1-2 inches. I sliced those off and welded the f-body mounts directly to the frame with the engine as low and far back as I had room for.

im assuming but not certain that your older 2nd gen and my 02 blazer frames are identical. So i dont need to spend a chunk on the s10 mounts, i can just modify the f bodies. this is good news

This is a pretty good topic for discussion. I drive an 03 S-10. How similar is my frame going to be to your blazers? Do you have any pics?

Here you can see how and where I welded on the camaro mount. There was a mount tower in that location previously. I dont think s-10s had the tower though.
