Cool 2 words for you............

BAD A$$!!!! Seriously, very nice. I like your solution to the drian plug. I hate to see that LS1 taking up valuable space in your shop though. If it starts to bother you, I'll be happy to come get it out of your way. Good Luck on getting the Monte finished.

Your drain plug solution looks slick. Very well thought out and executed.
I couldn't help but notice the collectors on your headers. Can you tell me more about the headers?

Thanks for the positive comments and feedback guys! Let me answer your comments/questions:

do you plan on using the electronic TB?
Yes
did ur ls7 come with lash caps on the valves?
The internal motor is 100% factory stock
So are you going to run the ls7 ecu and TBW?
Yes, just waiting for the HPT software
I couldn't help but notice the collectors on your headers. Can you tell me more about the headers?
I hand built the headers for my LS1/LS6 set-up. They are true equal length (+/- 1/8") 1-3/4" (12" long) stepped to 1-7/8" (20" long) primaries mating to a high velocity merge collector which exists at 3-1/2" diameter. They made 53/49 RWHP/RWTQ thru mufflers & tailpipes when I bolted them on the LS1 with a puny B1 cam and no tuning!

Awesome! Is the AC compressor in the same place as the regular vettes... down on the low passenger side?

Hats off again John! I dug your LS1/T56 SS conversion and this is simply over the top.

I assume you are planning to keep the dry sump setup?

Yes, however, since the OEM tank won't physically fit into my car I am using a custom made tank by Peterson Fluid Systems.
