Default ls1 to th350, parts needed?

After searching for an hour...
I've had my ls1 to manual tranny (sm420)done for a year now and it's time to swap in a th350. What is required to get it to work out happily? I had to make a custom throwout bearing, pilot bearing spacer etc to get things to work before since the crank stickout fiffers from the first gen stuff.
The trans is built (rev man valve body) etc... and I have a new adapter and transfer case so this is all I have left to sort out.
Thanks.

what is a sm420, why are you going from a manual to an auto, is it a 4 5 or 6 speed trans? i might be interested in buying your manual trans for my 240Z LS1...

I'm ready to try something new (faster). An sm420 is a 1950's fat slow shifting turd 1 ton truck 4 speed tranny. This is an off highway vehicle where durability and ability to go slow (and now fast) are priorities. It's a 70's toyota fj40 with 40" tires.

you need crank spacer 12563532($26) and 6 bolts 12563533($4 each). you may also need to redrill the holes in your flexplate depending on your converter. not sure what you're using for intake manifold but on a truck intake i was able to "flip" the original cruise control lever(turning it into a "pull' instead of a "push") on the throttle body and i fabbed a small bracket held in place with an intake bolt to hold the kickdown cable. one of those universal adjustable kickdown cables fully extended ended up being the right length.

Aggro- it is a small world . Good luck with the project.

I emailed you about conversion questions for my FJ60 LandCruiser with a future LS1 swap in mind.

No kickdown necessary because of the manual valvebody. If you space the flexplate how does the starter still engage?

spacer goes on backside of flexplate, doesn't affect starter engagement.

not sure if i have any pictures. i ground the weld off the throttle linkage arm and rotated the cruise control arm 180 degrees and rewelded. my bracket was just a sbc carbureted bracket that i cut up with nothing remaining but about a 1" square ear that i drilled a hole in for the intake bolt to go through. pm me your e-mail and i'll see if i do have any pictures.
