I`ve got 10" x 18"s with 265 x 35 rubber on the rear, probably get some 17s for running the 1/4 tho

GTO running gear must have cost a pretty penny, nice car man, purest in the states would probably be alittle upset but hey light weight/high horsepower whats not to love.

This makes me wonder what a Honda Civic with a LS2 would look like. I think it would upset at least one or two people.

Very nice....

Although, I'd have thought extending the cage further forward, along with a horizontal bar behind the dash would have ben a good idea ??

then extending forward to the strut towers ??

Also....how the hell do ya get at all the tricky bits to weld lol....

Thanks Stevie

Cant run a horizontal bar behind the dash, `cause the clutch pedal box/master cylinder is internal.
I want to refit the O.E. dash and the rest of the trim, so not connecting to the front strut towers. There will be extra chassis members underneath and a top strut brace eventually.

plenty of rubber!! just a note, you can get the new MT sportman s/r (like drag radials but with more grooves), in 18's with varying widths

thanks Chris.
there are a few of these kits floating around down here now making big hp! they recently had a sale and for $AUS 6995 you couldn't go wrong . i'm happy to try to get my bolt-on into 11's such as the qualities of these engines. so going to a car 500kg's lighter, even that will be enough

so pete i'd think about things like 25% UDP and valve springs, even b4 she gets started.

We`re running the car with minor tuning mods this year, i.e. remap, headers etc. then over next winter, look at roller rockers, cams, headwork and supercharger.

Dont really need an UDP, only running the alternater
