We just built a custom T-3 Garret 54mm Budget turbo system for my 04 Colorado Crew cab, truck goes like hell.
We can brake boost the truck up to 6lbs and so far we have turned it up to 9lbs,
once we change.

You would need to change the bell housing, torque converter and the input shaft/drum. Otherwise it is pretty strait forwrd and much simpler than my swap. I am putting my truck up for sale if anyone is interested.

with the wiring harness can you still plug in a scan tool because i believe where i live when they inspect cars they plug in a scan tool and run tests? dont want to start a swap and find out my car wouldn't pass inspection
