No problem.
I had a failed attempt at applying seam sealer last night. I don't think I prepped the surface well enough and it was not sticking to my DP90 well. I picked up some dx330 today and I'm going to try and scuff the surface and clean it very well before trying again. All part of the learning curve.
Core support is back in along with the radiator. Just gotta keep going.

Well I got some seam sealer on. It was an interesting experience. I ended up using some Evercoat Maxim self leveling sealer. It worked great on the nice flat spots, but ran a bit on other surfaces. I guess that's expected being self leveling. It was the only 2 part sealer I could get that uses a regular caulk gun. So I didn't have many options. I ordered another primer gun yesterday so now I need to lay some more paint on the car. Many other projects to get done.
Core support painted:
Ready for sealer:
Sealer dried:
Well you can see that my drivetrain swap turned in to most of a restoration. Another reason I'm still working on this thing. I guess it's never done anyway.

Lookin good I think that seam sealer turned out pretty good. I may have to try some of that out on mine. Good to see you making some progress again. I have been working a bit too on wiring especially. I ended up getting the current performance wiring kit for my fuse block and it is really a nice piece. I hesitated spending a hundred bucks but in the end I think its gonna be worth it.

It's been a while so I figured I could give an update. Things have been moving slowly, but surely. I am getting close to finishing up the wiring harness. Wow it has taken me forever to replace all the wiring in the car. New chassis harness and modify everything for the LS1. I have added an auxiliary fuse block with 6 fuses for PCM Batt, PCM I, INJ/IGN Bank1, INJ/IGN Bank2, MAF/O2/Reverse Lockout, and Wideband. 5 of these go to relays that will be switched by the ignition.
BTW my camera has lost it's life and crappy pics will have to do for now.
Since pictures of wiring are no fun I will stop now.
I made a bracket to mount my fuel filter in the frame rail.
I also welded the bungs on for my wideband.
I picked up a 85mm 5-Wire MAF and will be working on installing that soon. I think I still might be on track to drive this thing soon. We'll see what happens.

Looking good stealth crazy as it seems the wiring turned out to be one of the bigger humps for me as well but once I just got out the soldering iron and got after it it went pretty fast(not that I replaced the entire harness in the car though). It looks like you have already found one, but if you need a relay strip/box in the future, the later model crown vics have a nice one on the driver side inner fender that just has 4 relays in there and then a wiring harness coming off.

I am not trying to be a pain in the *** but this type of twist lock hose (Jegs Branded) is not supported with fuel of any type. I bought the same **** for my chevelle about 2 years ago and ran an 8AN return fuel system for a 950 Holley carb with a fuel regulator. After I decided to swap in an LS2 I sold all of this line and fittings. I went to order the same stuff for the LS2 fuel system and the Jegs rep said that only the Russell blue hose was supported for fuel. He said that it was a misprint in the first catalogs and that the fuel starts to break the hose down.
I just want you to double check this so you don't have issues down the road. Maybe this is a different type of fuel line but it looks identical to what I had before. Please do check this out before you run it a lot.
