Its not bad, but I tend to prefer a wheel without so much positive offset. I think you need deep lips to look right on a 60s and 70s muscle car.

It looks good but I would rather to have an aftermarket wheel instead a production car wheels.

too "blingy" for my tastes... but i tend to like understated rims.. id go for a silver painted look, on something more "conventional".... less open spaces.

I agree 100%. My dad has centerline rims with an offset to fit bigger rubber on his 69 Chevelle. They keep the muscle look.

They look a little "Dainty" for such a beefy bodied car. Not bad..just not quite right.

I am old school.. deep wheel is what the Classic/Muscle car needs..! Cragar SS, American Racing TQ's or 200S, etc..

I don't think they look bad and they are cheap that is one of the biggest factors. Only problem is mounting them.

Deep wheel won't work on a C5 chassis underneath. Also the offset of these will be better for handling. I would rather have some like Fikse's or something but this will get me started. I can get the hyper blacks in 18X9.5(f) and 19X12(r) for $990 vs. Fikse for like $3-$4K.

I just figure w/ the overall theme of the car these fit well. It will probably end up having a C6 dash/seats in it and will also have the C6 Z06 brakes. If it was a carb'd Chevelle and orig style interior I would definately go w/ dished TT II's, Boyd's, Foose, etc...

Thanks for the opinions!

I would buy a set, but running a huge spacer seems like a pain.

I like it, we're not talking about some 454 SS car or something. It's a Chevelle with a LS2 and it's pro-touring. I'm all for it, if I had to refocus on my '69 I'd have some C6 wheels on it...

could be the photoshop but those wheels don't look quite right on a chevelle. The chevelle is a robust car and needs wheels that complement that aspect of it. Those seem like they would give in under the chevelle. just my 2 cents.

have you tried this wheel? It might look alittle different on there.

I am not willing to run a spacer so I was first looking at running custom lenthened a-arms and ATS spindles up ffront and a widened 9" out back w/ a f-body T/A mount. With how much that was gonna cost me I just decided to put a C5 underneath w/ custom frame work.

And I'll have to try those wheels out Schitzo.

I think the C6 wheels do look a bit better but brake caliper clearance may be an issue cuz the Z06 brakes are massive.

Don't run a spacer, use adapters. They bolt on and have the same bolt pattern. Just use good studs allte way around and you'll be plenty safe. Search the net, I think you need about a 3-3.5 inch adapter. Try pro-touring.com or lateral-g.net

I'm not gonna need spacers or adapters w/ my set up. And I do like the look of the C6 wheel. Hmm....
