Default 99 vette regulator/filter not working?

went to start the car today and we werent getting any fuel to the rail. we went through entire system and found that we were getting pressure into the regulator/filter but no fuel would go through the outlet into the dorman hardline. we pulled the regulator back out and with the air compressor pushed 100psi and that wouldnt even make it through. faulty regulator? fuel pump was getting 11volts.

I thought I had a faulty corvette fuel regulater too. I had my return and supply line backward. I would have bet money that I had it hooked up correct the first time, but no. Try switching the lines around. Mike

likely.... line coming off the side of the filter is the inlet from the tank, the one in the middle pointing the same direction is return.

How can you guys cross those 2 lines? The inlet is 3/8" and the return is 5/16".

Easy, using Russell Q/D's to AN -6 on both Inlet and Return. Laying on my back, Rear Diff in the way, Exhause pipes in the way, tight area to work with, not enought light...Since the Inlet and return are both AN -6, it was easy to swap. Lucky I saw that there was no pressure on the fuel rail gauge and at that point I new I had something wrong.
