A F-body pan works great with a tubular k-mamber.Some say a stock mustang driveshaft,but not for me,mine had to be shortened a couple of inches.

damn cross breeders.......putting a ls1 in a mustang is stupid........it will never work....just use a 5.0 and be done with it.

If you guys have seen my thread I asked a similar question about the k member.

the AJE and QA1 seem to all be for the 4.6, they just seem to switch the a-arms for use with the 5.0.

I installed the QA1 and it cleared the f-body pan no problem , I will post pics when the mounts are finished.

Pray HRD, do you have any pics of how your carb setup fits under the hood,

I am currently trying to find a nice balance, I hate the look of cowl hoods but will have to have one to clear the carb.

If I can get away with a 2.5 in. that would be great, how big of a cowl hood are you using?
