would anyone here be able to help me find info on this swap or at least point me in the right direction? i found tons of info on an ls1 in a fox-body but i think my situation would be a little different. i even checked out a mustang forum but hardly any of those guys helped, all they did was whine about brand loyalty
. anyway i have a '86 mustang with the 3.8 V6 (throttle body injection) backed by and auto (c-4 or c-3, not sure??) i picked up a complete and supposedly just rebuilt chevy 350 which came out of a firebird ($450). not sure what year of 'bird, the motor is carbuerated and has emissions fitting so i'm guessing late 70's or early 80's. i plan on running a th-350 behind it and mating ford to chevy at the driveshaft by chopping off the ford yoke and welding on a chevy one. any and all help will be appreciated and if i'm in the wrong forum please let me know, thanks.
