Vette fuel filter I went to my chevy dealer and asked for a fuel filter for a 99 corvette. He came back with a filter that had 1 inlet(or outlet) and 2 outlets(or inlets). Did any 97 to 03 vettes or camaros use a filter with just 1 inlet and 1 outlet? I don't see how the 99 could work for me. I have an S&P modified fuel rail and a Rock Valley pump in my tank. Thanks John

Re: Vette fuel filter I am using that filter/regulator from the 99. You want just a filter. I believe when I was shopping for it, the 97 and 98's used just the filter. You can tell by having them look up the 97 part. The price difference will tell you. The filter/reg is about double the price.
Re: Vette fuel filter 68Ragtop, 67Camaro is right. The 97&98 vettes used a separate regulator and the 99+ use a filter/regulator combination. There is 1 inlet and 2 outlets on the 99+. You have the inlet from the pump, the regulated pressure out, and the excess fuel return line. If your fuel rail is set up for a regualtor on the rail, you'll want the 97&98 version.
Re: Vette fuel filter I don't know that it is necessarily the recommended filter, but the regulator/filter combo is WAAAAYYYYY less expensive than going the Aeromotive route I had considered before. I think I paid about $52.00 at the dealer for the reg/filter.

Re: Vette fuel filter $52 is about list. Use gmpartsdirect.com and get it for cost. Mine was $31. That is filter AND regulator. Aeromotive is $80 for the filter and $120 for the regulator. There will be no mirrors under my car, so I do not care what it looks like.
