Thanks. The red is a custom color that Autokraft came up with. It's definitely not an off the shelf code. I had several sprayouts done and based on those, this is what they came up with. I need to get it out in the sun and get some good pictures of it.

After 4 quick months at Autokraft, the car is home again. I couldn't be happier, it turned out fantastic.

I should point out that the carbon fiber chin spoiler is getting some love this week at Autokraft. It needs a bunch of clear and wet sanding to smooth it all out.

Now it's time to start wiring.

I have to say I like it better w/o the chin spoiler... it looks like a cow catcher on a train

I wish you'd let some of the carbon show through on the hood! Other than that amazing as always.

lol, no. Other than the CF chin spoiler needing a few layers of clear and wet sanding, it's a beautiful piece.

While leaving exposed CF on the hood is a cool idea in theory, it just doesn't work on a red and white colored car. The only way I'd consider it is if the header panel, hood, cowl panel, trunk lid, rear spoiler wer all carbon fiber, then the stripes could have been left as exposed CF instead of white. BUT, you'd still have to deal with the trunk fill panel, the area between the trunk lid and the rear glass. You'd have to section that and fill it with a piece of CF.

Scott, that is the type of build we all aspire to. Makes our feeble effort look like a waste of time...

I'm working on the interior now, I fabricated the brackets for the Recaro seats last night.

In the 2nd attached pic with the dash/gauges, you can see that the door panels haven't been covered yet. I have material on order to cover the door panels and to wrap the white insert so they match the Recaro's. The back seat will be getting the same treatment. Also in that pic are the Corbeau seats that I had planned on running, but decided to switch to Recaro's instead.
