LS7 is alive

I'm working on the interior now, I fabricated the brackets for the Recaro seats last night.
In the 2nd attached pic with the dash/gauges, you can see that the door panels haven't been covered yet. I have material on order to cover the door panels and to wrap the white insert so they match the Recaro's. The back seat will be getting the same treatment. Also in that pic are the Corbeau seats that I had planned on running, but decided to switch to Recaro's instead.

I've seen that done, it looks really good, but that's not the look I'm going for.
And as long as I'm posting, why not share a few more pics.

The chin spoiler isn't bolted on yet (you can see it hanging down on the right side), I just used a pair of spring clamps to hold it on for pics. I won't bolt it on until I'm finished wiring, plumbing, and assembling the car.

The adapter plates are from Autokraft, the tank is a Peterson, and the CF chin spoiler is from ATS. I had Autokraft dial in the chin spoiler by adding a bunch of clear and wet sand it to get it that smooth and polished looking.
That my friend.... is the shiznit !!! Last edited by JonnyTechMech; Feb 14, 2008 at 12:23 AM.
