1998 LS1 not starting ?
Trouble with stall I fixed my backfire at start by reversing the cam sensor wires, but:
Starts smoothly, no backfire, idles nicely @900rpm for about 5min, then just hiccups, stalls and shuts off, even with throttle input. I can start it again, but does the same thing, each time- runs a little shorter before it stalls. No change in fuel pressure- fp stays at 64psi even during stall. Same thing with and without IAC unplugged
Suggestions??? I am at wits end here.
My setup:
All new short and longblock LS2 402, L92 heads, L76 intake
adjustable rockers lashed correctly
98 LS1 PCM, 98 harness, 2001 coils, MAF, MAP- from previous engine
42# Bosch injectors,
Big aluminum fuel rails
aeromotive FRR adjusted to 60psi, Walbro 250 pump
Fast90 TB with IAC
