Default Starion/Conquest LS1

http://www.turbododge.com/forums/f1/...-conquest.html
I want to do something like this, just with better suspension I think its a fun alternative to a foxbody. Kinda reminds me of a mix between a foxbody and a 240sx, and maybe a late seventies rx7. Anybody have one?

Civette's civic swap also encouraged me to try in a FWD, so i'm currently prepping my 1993 Mazda MX3. I figure that there are so many parts available for mazda to swap a v8, that i can fab it up to make it work.
My other LS swap, which i havent started at all yet, is a '77 AMC CJ-7...its awesome. I might even go bbc instead with that one... who knows.
Yep so those are my two projects at the moment.

Besides civette's conversion, are there any other FWD conversions on here?
Would it be better to just put a monte carlo engine (lq4, i think?) in there and keep it fwd?

I had more questions and stuff, but the main point of this post was to show you guys that Conquest video, i thought it was pretty funny. Take care!

Looks fun. That thing definitely needs a suspension if he plans to continue drifting it.

BTW - If you go LS1 in a Mazda MX3, wouldn't that make it an MX346?

Just FYI a colt is not the same thing as a Starion/Conquest.

Hey man, it doesn't bother me at all. I just wanted to make sure you didn't go on a long drive to see a Colt that is advertised for sale and end up being ticked off when it ends up being a WWD econobox

this is that mx3, in case some of you aren't familiar with the model. They're somewhat rare, i only see one or two every once in a while. I'm always pretty excited when i see another one. Anyway, i think it would be a nice challenge, and a fun ride when it's finished. What do you guys think?
