Milodon has some nice oil pans for LS motors now.......in fact, I supplied them with and engine for R & D on their pans and they promised me a freebie............I best call over there and find out where my pan is.....and my extra engine.

That pan requires a remote filter.......not that that's a bad thing but it's going to add to the overall cost.

Lance is right, after you add on the filter and oil pickup the cost goes up quite a bit. The best overall deal i have found out there is from autokraft

Is that autocraft steel or aluminium ?

Does the filter still mount in the stock location with it ?

Will the swap oil pan thread die like last time?? I need owner info on the autokraft! I agree with the other guys about the Morosso, the pan price looks good at $220, but the pick up is $80 and then the remote oil filter setup. The autokraft is $430 but I think is a better setup.

If there are 3 people that need an autokraft pan we can get it for $409 shipped. Let me know if any of you are interested. Thanks

Where exactly are you guys located??? I will be willing to pick one up if i can get it cheaper than the $409 that you are asking for shipped, if 3 people are interested! Looks very well constructed...does the oil filter fit in the factory location (driver side of pan)?? Thanks.

I would be interested in the Autokraft one..but need more info.

Id like pics of the oil filter location... and some pan measurements. I cant go any deeper than the stock 5.5" or so.
And depth at the front is quite important, as my steering rack sits there, and no doubt this pan will need cut.

And what is it made from ? Steel or Alu ?

I have the autokraft on my LS1-S10 Blazer swap and its really a nice piece. It comes with the pickup, and the billet oil filter adapter to keep the filter in the stock location. here are some pictures.

I have the autokraft. Good piece. It clears the unisteer r&p by about 1.5" and clears the frame rail in a first gen f body. If you plan on doing any corner carving it's a must over the moroso as it has trap doors for cornering instead of motorized bowling.
