Engine with all accessories, wiring, PCM, BCM, Trans, fuel tank or upgrade the 97/95, etc.. If you have to piece all of the parts.. it will not be very cost wise to do it.
It would be just a complete upgrade with OEM parts. Check out some of the early Gen 4 F-Body that have already been upgraded to Late Gen 4 F-Body drive train.

If you don;t currently have a Camaro I would suggest you look around for a 98-99 LS1 car. They are getting quite cheap and after buying a car and everything to conver it you will have spent more than the price of a LS1 Camaro. If you don;t like the look of the LS1 front clip, swap it. Swaping the clip is way cheaper than swaping the motor.
