It is alive....
I posted a video from last night on YouTube - Starting the Street Attack LS7 - the quality isn't great but I have some better stuff that I can upload later.
For now, back to the shop...

Joined the forum to subscribe. It's very rare that I actually see a classic car that I like (I'll openly admit I'm an import fanboi), but this is probably one of the coolest cars I've EVER seen. Import or Domestic. Your doing it up right and I really like your hard work and attention to detail. Keep up the great work. Looking forward to seeing how this turns out!

Our rear tow hook is in place...

I like the build, a lot! But i have one question for you. you put tow hooks on this car incase you ever need to tow it, right? I do think that your install is extremely clean on everything, but it seemed to me that IF you ever did use your rear tow hook that it would not only scratch up the pretty paint on it... but also if it flexes wont it crush or crack the plastic lens with such a small clearance around the hook?
maybe its made really stiff or something. You may have already thought of this... just curious i guess
BTW i love the exhaust tips in the quarters... nice touch!

Are you sure? Cuz those headers have orbital welder written all over em. They look like continuous welds, and they're ridiculously consistant. And it would make sense to do them that way because they would then have a 100% vacuum/purity weld.
Either way, GORGEOUS headers my friend.

Here is the headers starting out their life as raw material.

The headers are hand made in a jig and hand welded by TIG every time.

It is a painstaingly long process. The end result is nothing short of stunning.

The time and material selection makes this the most expensive set of conversion headers on the market.
Dyno testing done a Katech proved that these headers outperform all headers it went against by a large margin.

The only machine used is a Miler Dynasty 200DX TIG welder and my fabricator Russell. He really is that good.

Most road race sanctioning bodies require front and rear tow hooks so we needed to do something to meet the rules. The 'pretty paint' is tremclad red so it is easy to touch up when it does get scratched and replacing the reproduction reverse light lens is a bunch cheaper than the tail light panel would be to repair.

Well after a monumental three week thrash we made our way down to Las Vegas for the SEMA show. The tow itself was 24 long hours of driving but we made it without incident and I was able to take a quick snapshot this morning in the American Touring Specialties parking lot...

And with great thanks to Tyler and Russel at ATS we were able to get the sway bar installed before heading over to the SEMA show this afternoon. Optima Batteries has sponsored our entry and although we are not in their booth, we have an awesome spot in the main hall beside the Ford display. I'll be kicking around most of the week so if you're around, give me a shout or fire me a PM. Until then, a quick move in picture...
