Default ls3 wire harness for crate engine install

ok I've been looking at doing an crate LS3 swap into my 98 F-body. I' know I have a different pcm then the rest of the LS1 F-bodies out there. so I'm looking at just doing the whole ecu and harness swap. so has anyone delt with this harness?

I'm just looking for more info like what after market guages I can use and how difficult would it be to install in a 98 Z28 T56 Camaro?

No able to really help you, but I have a question or concern...
It is in regard to being smog legal, if your care about that.. What are the smog / swap law there in NC.?.. if you swap the ECU out the 98' ECM for another one and they test for ODBII VIN information, you would fail..!?.. unless you were able to program your old VIN.

Just wondering if it is a problem to be concern with or how you are going to get around it ?

I've got the LS2 harness and it worked out great. Best deal out there by far right now at only around $800

My motor is in a mustang and I used all aftermarket gauges. The harness comes with a bulkhead connector that has temp output, oil pressure output, VSS, tach output and a bunch more. I just used the VSS and tach signals and the rest of the gauges had their own sensors. The harness even came with a male plug for the bulkhead connector so you just crimp the pins on your wires and slip them in the connector....Looks factory.

When I checked a couple of months ago, this engine and harness was not shipping yet.

LS3 480HP came off BO and have been shipping since middle of March. I've had one in hand since then and I was number 26 on BO list. Don't know about GM harness as don't plan on using it.
