F&F carb related info:

If u notice that when Vin Diesel is putting togther the silver chevelle for race
hes bolting down the procharger carb. hat and u can see the intercooler behind the grille. it looks and sounds awesome when it pops up. off the line.
just thought i would share. i enjoyed the movie.

It is a 03 with the 706 heads. I have a 02 Z06 cam I am gonna put in it. The intake is a Vic jr and I have a MSD 6010 box for ignition. It will be blow through turbo. I have a turbo 400 to go behind it. Nothing major just for some good street fun.

Get ready for some fun tuning a carb to the ZO6 cam. It can be done but just takes some time to get it right. The 117.5 lsa and short intake duration make for very high manifold vacuum plus the tall intake will want a healthy shot from the accel pump off the hit. HTH

Why havent we gotten this yet???? I just saw they added a frickin nitrous section??? wtf. So theres a section for guys who atomize nitrous through a nozzle but guys who atomize fuel through a carb cant have a section? We should go in there and start talking about under carb nitrous plates and sneeky pete systems. LOL...

I vote yes. Looking at costs for using this engine for drag racing, then seeing HP numbers equal vs EFI at WOT, I think the forum needs a dedicated carb section.
