for straight aluminum tubing, see your local metal supply or speedymetals.com

I'm still sucking hot air on mine... toying around with the idea of doing a Victor EFI manifold and cowl induction.

Are you looking to just connect and run some elbows and tube to a filter ?

If you got a Cowl Induction hood, I used rubber elbow and some alum pipe to route the intake from a custom air box that I created and used it to seal to the Cowl Induction hood. It is a full functional Cowl Induction hood that is a real Cold Air Induction system. You can see it in my project pages (page #10 - http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2353903/10)

I have seen someone that was working on a TA Shaker hood by using Filberglass air box.

And also there is the Year One 69 Camaro that used a scoop with a box under the hood.

If you go over to lateral-g.net you can get some real good ideas.

OK then No Home depot "****". Here are pic's of my Lowes "****" intake. Dual ram air thru the head lights. It's now painted flat black and looks as good as any here. And by the way PVC want heat soak anywhere near what aluminum will. The negative thing with pvc is it has a thicker wall and reduced ID but In my case I have a dual intake and dual filters so the reduced ID is a non issue. Good luck

Here's what I've got:

4" mandrel bent tube. It attaches to the TB on one end, and on the other it's attached to an LPE 100mm MAF. That MAF has an aluminum case, and welded to it, there is a wall to close off the area behind the headlight. The air filter is then attached to the MAF. The whole thing is then ceramic coated, mostly for looks. This setup seems to work fairly well.

If you look in the assembly manual for the car, you'll see that factory A/C cars got baffles to block off air flow behind the headlights, which would force more air to go through the radiator. Based on that, I figured there'd be plenty of air flow in that spot.
