Default Relays...how many is enough?

I plan on converting my stock wiring harness myself....doesn't seem like it'll be as easy as some guys say, but I think I'll be ok. The only thing that has me a bit confused is how many relays I require. So far here's what I plan on having: 3 relays for fans (GM low/fast setup), 1 relay fuel pump, 1 relay A/C, and....? what else?
Pics of your fusebox/relay setup would be cool! I'd like to possibly place in the car possibly. It's a 1st Gen F-body btw.

I also use relays for my head lights. Check out the technical articles here:

I've got 7 for the engine, 2 for the air compressors, but haven't finished the A/C stuff yet. I'll do that when everything is up and running. I have a few pictures in my build thread. I have all the relays and fuse blocks under the dash with the stock fuseblock, with all the wires running through the factory firewall junction.

Wonder, will the require two relays for 2001 Camaro's OEM Halogen headlights?
I have been working on my 01' Camaro Cabred LS2 without PCM. I would use OEM Camaro Headlights.
I will try make draw where the wiring lines of headlight and fuse box goes to be connected. Hope it would be work.

I have 6, 3 in a GM fuse block, and 3 external. the three in the block are: 2 for run/start circuits, and 1 for fuel pump, the other 3 are cooling fan 1 and 2 and my water pump for the magnacharger intercooler.

The block is out of a mid 90's Lumina, heres a link to my write up, post 143-146:

I have 30A relays and I use
3 for the engine (one for the sensors:MAF,O2 etc, one for odd injectors and coils, and a third for even injectors and coils)
I have 1 relay for the fuel pump
and 3 relays for the fans.

They are all in a mid 90`s v6 camaro relay/fuse center. Pics are on my fquick account

Wow! Thanks for all the great replies!
Another question is do the injectors/coils need relays, or is it just a better setup for consistent voltage?

I guess you dont HAVE to have relays for them, but like you said, you're sure to have more voltage at the parts, rather than dropping slightly through your ignition switch.

Your 40 year old ignition switch has seen better days, and the repop ones are junk. Use relays!

I have 7 relays not including the AC, because I used cheap 30A Bosch relays for all of it. Could have combined some of those if I had used a bigger relay.
