when i put in my 9" rear i ordered all bmr, we are just finishing up with bmr weld in subframe connectors in my vert. I've really been happy with bmr adj. control arms, with sfc's will be doing bmr adj. extreme torque arm with crossbrace & driveshaft loop. I can let you know in about a week what i think of bmr, but i already know i'm going to like. I think i will drive over to wolfe and buy a 6 point with swing outs on driver & pass. sides.

Well i got my weld in BMR sfc's and BMR extreme adj. torque arm with crossbrace and driveshaft loop. Weld in sfc's really make a great difference in the car, crossbrace is very low ( this worries me abit ) Any idea's for pinion angle for a4 car?

I ran my vert in 15 open track events and never had a problem with chasis flex after weld in SFC. A bolt in roll bar will do little to stiffin the unibody. My friends coupe seemed only slightly more rigid and his was 400 pounds lighter.

The only thing it does is (hopefully) save your life in a roll over and provide a location to mount your harness.

The wolfe product is excellent. Even with a driver side bar, I had no interference issues at 6'2" 205 lbs. Getting in and out was only difficult in situations where the top was up and I couldn't open the door entirely. Like at a parking lot where some f'r parks too close. Rare, but it did happen a couple times.

Why would you buy a roll bar and not include the driver side bar unless it was for looks? Take a look under the composite door skin and you'll notice that the only thing between you and some out of control cowboy slamming into your side is a pathetic 3/4" bar and power window regulator. Good luck with that.

My 5pt roll bar is for sale if anyone is interested. It's in great shape because it was always covered with padding.

remember the roll bar you are talking about, i don't believe it has swing out side bars and i believe it's a bolt-in. You can weld it in if you want. the price is right for damn sure. sfc's for vert i went with BMR. Someone on here is coming out with set for vert real soon, UMI i think but could be wrong.
