Default Eliminating squeaks

My Convertible top queakes something terrible when going over bumps, is there some way to stop this. Are there certain joints that need to be greased?

I would start with the rubber bits, the weatherstripping and
the drain pads at the rear of the doors. Silicone grease
(like distributor grease) all the rubber you can get at, just
enough to get it looking clean & black and wipe away the
excess.

How did you make out Goldstreak65? I know I was able to knock out a lot of "rattles" and metal on metal sounds by tightening and re-padding a couple of worn areas.

I can't hear any squeaks over the stereo, exhaust, and screaming passenger.

Mine squeaks, rattles, and moans especially over road humps. I've had the chassis lubed a few times recently and it's helped some....but some are still there.....

It is a labor of love - I find one rattle or squeak and fix it , only to hear another one a few days later .

I really only have a few days at a time where I can say there's nothing making noise. Forget cold weather, ugh! Warm weather is here, lower the top, and turn up the stereo and they all go away.
