Anyone cut floor to do pump in their vert?
Yes I do. I just don't post that much on here so i never really bothered to set up my sig. It really isn't that hard and once you have done it you can easily change your pump in 30 min.
I asked this question a year or two back and didn't get any
info. If you have done it and have pictures of the final
sheet metal opening I would love to have them for later
when needed.

i did it, not that easy. It makes it a pita because you cant get to the opening as easy due to where the cross piece is on the verts. Just look at where the hole needs to go and youll see what i mean. when you try to pull the pump out, you have to manipulate it in all sorts of ways to get it out. at least thats how it was on mine. Id drop the tank. no questions asked. we cut a hole for one in a coupe, it was cake.

it works exactly like the hatchbacks...the only thing you have to do differently is compress the bucket assembly springs so it can be removed from the hole you've cut....everything else is the same....I looked at the links above and it seems all those are LT1 cars....the door on mine is much further back toward the rear of the car.....if needed I can go and photo both my vert and hatchback to show the areas that werre cut....
