Cloth or vinyl replacement? Some model citizen took a razor to my top to break into the car (they didn't because they coud not reach the door lock) 
. Now it's time to consider a new top: cloth or vinyl? I like my cloth top but holes have developed on wear spots. I'm not sure if we can get vinyl tops but just wondering.

If you take proper care of it it shouldn't wear very fast. My 2000 top still looks great except for the back window part and mine has been exposed to the elements for most of it's life.

In fact if anybody wants a 9+ year old top in good shape with normal wear which will include the back heated glass with limo tint, my upholstery guy gave the top a good rating, $75 shipped and it yours.
