best c5 hood

What do u guys think is the best looking and coolest hood for a c5 corvette and where to get it....want something badass and have no clue which to go with.....help!

As we speak I am having the Eckers MCM knock off hood installed on mine. I don't get it back till this weekend. After that I will post some pics.

I personally think the stock hood fits the lines of the car perfectly.

As other hoods are offered, sometimes there needed which is understandable.

I really favor the stock hood over any aftermarket one.

Here is mine, its a Vanacor Big Block hood, modeled after the hoods on the 67 BB Vettes. As far as i know though, the company that made mine is now out of business. It was on the car when i purchased it.

when it comes to looks it seems like most people either love it or hate it.

I dont think it really follows the smooth round lines of a C5 though.

ACP Extractor (non-magna) is my personal choice and is excellent when heat or pressure need to get extracted.
