Default 16 inch rear wheels for a C6
My new drag setup made by CCW
C6 with rear z06 wide body
17 inch the front and 16x11 for the rear
running the QTP 28x14.5/16

I will post pics once there on the car

Agree. I know running a 28" tire on a C5 takes some work. How does the 28" tire work on the C6? I can not imagine the C6 would be different in what needs to be done as the C5.

This is for a C6 vette? How did they get them to clear the control arms and knuckle? I have tried 16" CCW and they dont fit on my 2008.

I don't get it either. I've seen a few C6 Z06s with the new CCW 16s on the back as well and their brakes are even bigger than the base car's.
It's some funky new offset/backspace that they came up with and it does differ from the older 16s that you tried (Kyle's wheels I assume?).

Ya i tried kyles ccw and didnt fit. What do they make for a regular C6 with standard fenders. Would be nice for a real tire with soft sidewalls.

these are 16x11 for a reg C6 BUT I do need the rear Z06 fenders to make it fit, that should be all i need.
i will take some pics once the wheels are mounted on the car.

Maybe they have a lot off offset so as to clear the brakes and control arms, must be I would think. I'd like to see a pic too, and I'd like to hear what the backspace is too.

the rears are 42lbs with rubber and the fronts were 30lbs

That's quite a weight saving. My Q9V 08 Z51 fronts weigh 50.6# each and rear 58.0# each.

Update they fit. I did have to shave a little off the top of the balljoint.
but thats with the powder coating.
