Default 916RWHP Straight Pump Gas..No Meth!!!

Remember this car?

We just got done putting it back together and did some tuning. We changed over to an A&A Bracket and belt slip was GONE. Look how solid boost is on the graph. This is on STRAIGHT pump as NO METH!!!

It made 916 in a later pull. I have video of a 904 pull. I will post it up shortly.

Fran, I have no problem with my ECS bracket at all. I'm not running as much boost either.

It was an older style ECS bracket. It started slipping over 13psi. I just dont like the fact that you cant put your own tension on the belt. With A&A's it has a tensioner but you can also tighten a pulley then tighten the bolt and make the belt basically as tight as you want. This helped ALOT with the last few cars we have done.

Well i guess my questions is Do you think that A&A is better or similar to the procharger and why? You mentioned the ability to tighten ilder arm, etc it sounds similar. Just curious. lookin to upgrade to 8 or 10 rib setup

You just missed a great deal on ths CF forum. Ecs used (less then 1k miles) 8 rib for 600 shipped.

Is your belt slipping? If your running under 9 psi then an 8-10 rib setup is over kill IMHO. If you plan to jack up the psi, then it should be your cup of tea...
