Default Installed TSP long tubes and picked up 4 tenths and 5 MPH in the 1/4! 11.85@119.85

I have an 03 z06 with just a Vararam and TSP Long tubes (no cats) and this weekend I went 11.85@119.85 with a 1.9' 60'

I'm very happy with the headers fitment and best of all cost, 700 bucks (no more corvette tax). The headers came with nice o2 extension (weather pack sealed that didn't require any cutting or splicing) and nice clamps. The headers also came with a new dip stick tube (GM) but you don't need it, you simply have to cut a little notch in your old ones.

Great fit, great price, great performance!

I have a set for my 2008 on the way. I'm swapping out LG Streets for them. Now if TSP would just get some LS3 based CAMS!!

I'd love a TSP/G6X3 equivilent ...TSP....

Yep, I missed it. Thanks buddy and yes, the 3rd one is the best one. It's very close to a G6X3. Hmmm, I might have to order it.

Actually, if you look at the graph for each one they are very similar in power. My cam is nearly identical to thier 2nd cam so maybe I will keep it. Damn LS3 cams.

Man get a drag pack set of rims or at least and set of drag radials tires. Really need to get the 60 ft much lower to do any better. Good top end for a 1.90 60 ft Man name of the game have fun with the car and be safe.

hmm... i am thinking some TSP Headers from Santa for my 01 Z06.... @ $700.00, it's a no brainer... you still running your TI exhaust? How's the sound through the gears?? Definately gonna do that!

What did you do with the AIR pump set up?

I just removed the air pump setup, it disconnects easily and I have HP tuners. It sounds awesome through the TI catback, still super quiet at idle and sounds like an indy car at WOT!

I use to cut 1.70's on these BFG's but they are slap wore out, I'm probably going to switch to a 305/35/18 MT ET Street Radial so I can cut some lower 60's but the stock LS6 clutch will die shortly afterwards but I know it'll go 11.40-50's easily as it sits with better tires.

That's what I was thinking of doing. Getting a set of TSPs and removing the extra weight of the AIR system. At 700 bucks it's a really attractive price too!

Was this gain with adding BOTH the headers and vararam or just the headers having the vararam prior? Great results either way!

I'm not 100% sure what the DA was, I don't think it was on the timeslip. I had the CAI on prior so the gains were just with the addition of the headers.
