Results after adding Dallas Performance 4" Big Mouth Inlet
I was a little skeptical at first but after deciding against a pulley swap and reading everyone's positive feedback I decided to give it a shot. Talked with my tuner last Thursday about doing a minor mod to the car and agreed that this could turn out to be a good option.
Had them (Futral Motorsports) call Dallas Performance and inquire about it. After speaking with them we discussed it and decided to order it. Well it arrived today and I picked the car up around 5:45pm. It's been very hot and humid down here in Louisiana so I honestly didn't expect to see big gains.
Before I go any further i'd like to give a little background on the car. It's a 2008 manual C6 with a D-1SC Procharger kit (4.75" pulley), LG 1 7/8 headers without cats, Katech LS9R twin disk, 80lb FIC injectors, Kenne Belle BAP, custom Futral Motorsports blower cam and tuning. It made 638rwhp/549rwtq on its last dyno in late April and its making 7.50psi and running 18* with no knock.
Well as i'm almost to the shop my tuner texted me that it made 665/559. I was very happy with that but after one more pull final numbers were 676/565 on 8.25psi. I'm very happy with the results and gains from just changing the inlet. I'm am a firm believer in it now and recommend it to anyone on the fence. Big thanks to Dallas Performance for a great product and Futral Motorsports for top notch work once again.

Yeah I hear that I over did it now I have to start a new setup but I'm looking to hit high 800's low 900's now. Put a wide body kit on it and stuff some monster 345's under it should hook pretty nasty with some wide meat on it.

I have a small v3-si that held it down now I'm going built block with a ysi kit. I'm looking to start this in the next couple of months. V3-SI has been strong for me I made 715-732 with it so can't complain but it won't cut it for where I'm going with the next build.
