Now, I do not know if this is the fastest stock times, BUT i think i am!
Well, tonight down at atco was an amazing night. When after my first run was a 14.8 spinning through 3rd gear, i thought the night was over.
After calming myself a lil bit and putting some ice on the intake, i went back for another try. My previous best was 13.0 @109.
So my 2nd run was 12.858@ 110.61 ....happy but it was still 75 out. I wanted more
3rd run was a 12.789@ 110.73 not happy enough
4th run. 67 degrees out, and a nice clean burnout.
.040 on the light
60' - 1.973
1/8th - 8.212
1/8 mph - 89.82
1/4 - 12.636
mph - 111.74
back up on my 5th run by ( 64 degrees)
60' - 1.945
1/8 - 8.213
mph - 89.75
1/4 - 12.636 ( SAME TIME!)
mph - 111.78
So im am extremely happy. So i hear the stock world record 12.660. I didnt beat it by much, but i didnt
Heres how it goes.

BUT the cobra just felt soo soo much fast when really it only went 12.7 @113 w/ 427 hp. My Corvette dyno 326hp up at TTP a few months ago

Thats a damm good time!!!
Probablly one of if not the best time ever out of a 6spd non z06 vette.
We all know that Atco has some of the best DA and track prep avaliable in the US.(1.94 60ft is almost impossible on Runflats)
Just for reference I took my car wen it was bone stock with 2500 miles to the local 1/8 mile parking lot track.
I only got in 2 runs before the track was shut down because of being oiled.
2.20 60ft (As good as it gets here without slicks)
1/8 MPH 87.8
1/8 ET 8.50
The temprature was in the high 70's and the DA was close to 2000'
I always wondered what that would have transfered to in the 1/4 maybe a low low 13?
Congrats that is an amazing time

Unfortunatley I almost never get to race at a well preped track at less than 2000' DA.Stock Automatic C5's run closer to 13.5-13.7 around here.
I am spoiled now and try to run on ET streets but back when I was racing my SS you felt like you were winning the lottery if you pulled better than a 2.1 on BFG/Nitto drag radials at 15psi.
I gave up on 60ft since the tracks suck and started concentrating on trap speed.

Very nice times indeed! What were the weather conditions like that night?
People always think runflats suck but I've gotten very good 60fts with mine. In fact most of the time my biggest problem is that I've got too much grip, and even with 3.15s I find my engine bogs off the line with a full throttle launch (off idle)

WOW, very impressive times. Thats on par with a Z06, you must be one HELL of a driver!!!!!!!!! I cant imagine what you would get out of a STOCK Z06??? 11.9@118???
Did u buy the vette after the cobra??? Bc i think you made the right choice, the vette is better than the cobra in almost every way EXCEPT, straight line performance.
Good LUCK with the car!!!!!!

Nice runs!!!
We are very lucky to have ATCO on our back yard.
Great track prep and right about sea level.
That is where I ran my 11.6 with my Viper.
I too had a 03 Cobra (yellow) making 445rwhp/452rwtq SAE. Ran 12.22@116.4 (1.93 60')
I miss that car also.
Now I gotta see how my new Vette and Ram Air TA do at ATCO.
Awesome times for a stock Vette.
Great driving,
Howard
