Default Played with a C6 Z06 on the highway... (a few pics)

I was driving back from SC last weekend. I was either in Maryland or Deleware on 95 when I was passed by a New Z. He was moving through traffic pretty quick and it took me some time to catch back up to him. He pulled into the left lane and waited for me to catch up... All I can say is I'm in love with that car! And it's awsome to find a guy in one that is willing to play a little!

I agree, I love to see those folks that spend bank on cars and they use them for the reasons they were designed.

Those cars are so awesome! Haven't seen any around my neck of the woods yet. BTW, why are you driving with your headlights on?

Interesting I saw one near philladelphia a few weeks ago 1st one I had seen in person on the road. I had a chance to talk to him he was pretty snobby about his car. I made sure I parked next to him with my old 2002. I would love to catch him on a quater mile stretch of road that could be interesting. I love having some boost under the hood. I think he would be in shock if he noticed me near or infront of him on acceleration. It would be funny. The car he was driving was incredible though he doesn`t have to be full of himself its obvioius he has coin to blow.

The new ZO6 fn' rules. But the one I got the oppurtunity to play with was obviously bone stock. I had him beat hands down. So the $20,000 I have into my engine and car made for an even dollar per dollar investment with more Hp/Tq coming outta the heavily modded C5. Funny thing is the new C6 ZO6 with LongTube headers, the G7X4 cam, and a tune its making 630 rwhp. Pretty scary thought. Thank god he was stock or I'd have been singing the blues. LOL What's up Micah.

Pissed is the only way to describe it Up top it sounded meaner than my long tubes and stingers...

The guy in the Z06 was awsome, he slowed down & waited for me.... ran it hard a couple times and gave me the thumbs up & a wave for trying to keep up. But that week I put on over 2500 miles in my Z and in general I rarely got waves from the guys in C6's... There was a couple times I would wave to a guy sitting next to me at a stop light... and he would just look the other way... Most of the younger guys wave but a good % of the 50+ guys don't seem to want to wave to a kid in a loud yellow Z.... F*#K em...

We weren't really racing... we just kind of picked our way through traffic until we found an opening.

I had just driven out of the tunnel in baltimore... I have a video of me doing 100mph+ in my '01 WS6 in that tunnel, I loved the way my loudmouth sounded in the tunnel. I tried to get a video of the Z in the tunnel, but the video quality sucked and there was too much traffic to even get on it. But here's the video.... Video
