Magnaflow Magnapack Anyone have one for sale for a c5??? or Im wondering if anyone has one of these setups on there car? im looking to purchase one but i want to know a few things about the setup before i purchase one. if someone has this system and a tape measure, measure from center to center of each exhaust tip and tell me how far apart they are?
A friend of mine installed some TSP headers on a C5 with magnapacks at his shop a couple of days ago. It sounds pretty good at idle but has horrible drone from ~1300 to 1800 rpms. Not sure how wide the tips were but they arent close at all... each tip was as far apart as you can get. BTW, the car gained 16rwhp 22rwtq adding the TSP headers.

wow, i know my car will be loud and it is noisey inside, im not too worried about this since i only drive it sometimes on weekends and maybe sometimes during the week depending on weather, id even settle for something that was somewhat home made but has to be mandrel bent 2.5'' for the c5. i just dont want to run stock mufflers on it. i know i could gain about the same as your friend if not more just from exhuast because mine is terrible.

thats what i was thinking, how much do they go for used? but i know it will be extremely loud especially with no cats and basically no mufflers as well. but this car wont be driven daily so i dont think im too worried about it, the only thing is keeping it not so loud inside the car which might be a problem

i see you have what i need but its too bad i dont need any of the hangers and thats mostly what you pay for, the name and what it fits....otherwise id like to buy some without any hangers but i know thats not possible. but i e-mailed the company anyways about headers.
