Yes you can call them and order it no problem. Your wheel will sit out another 3/8 to half inch with the braket you have to use. Also they dont sell a brake line kit. You have to figure it out for yourself.
Just an FYI, another option for front brakes that'll work with a 15" wheel is to use the rear brake caliper in place of the stock front caliper. It bolts right up in place and most 15" skinnies fit. I thought I'd slip this in here as an option to going to the strange setup. BTW, the rear caliper weights just about the same as the strange caliper. The major difference will be the rotor weight, as the strange rotor is lighter.

If you are refering to the car I'm building "picture attached" these are 12.5" wide and 30" tall.
Sorry about the picture quality. I had to crop it down so damn much to get the proper file size.
How are ya'll loading those large jpg's???

I isnt that much work if you had a lift "which I didnt". The biggest ball buster is trying to bolt the bellhousing to the motor with it still in the car. There is no half way of doing this. If you put a glide up front you must put a solid rear in it and it isnt a normal car anymore. My tires are 325 50 15's which are 13 inches wide.
A little update: the car is running and driving. I drove it for about 100 miles and everything is lookin good. My experiment with the abs and speedo seem to be working "no abs light and the speedo works but its way of". I have to brace up the rear crossbar and cover the holes in the floor. I will put the cage in and bring it to the track on motor and then a 250 tnt.
If everything is ok Ill put the turbos on and get it tuned. Once its tuned Ill start making boosted runs and finally Ill put my 403cid motor in it with 28 pounds and see if it will stay on the ground when I leave off the transbrake. I cant wait. I will post more pics when I get those few things done.
