Chrome or black rims on silver Z06

Well I should be recieving my black rims today. They look like the stock rims, but black and have a polished lip on them. Hoping they will look badass. I will take some pictures this weekend for you. I am going to get the tires mounted this weekend.
I have seen a few silver Z06's with the chrome rims, but doesn't look right, but that is my opinion so take that with a grain of salt. That and I am going to lower the car 1 inch. So it should be a sweet setup. Pictures will be posted!!!!!

I never liked black rims on anything, they just don't look as nice as chrome.
Imagine my engine was painted all black instead of polished/chrome... would it look better than it does now? Hell no!

All black wheels look like **** on any car IMO. A quality black or grey center with high polished fat lip looks damn good on a silver Z06 however....

Mine are Charcoal, but same effect. I call chrome vs. black the "prancing queen vs. shove this up your a$$" argument. Cars with black wheels just look pissed off.

here is a few pictures of the rims I bought. The lighting is not that great and there are some finger prints/smudge marks on the rim. Getting them mounted tommorow.

I had "smoked" Z06 rims on mine (machine silver) and it looked awesome. But, I've seen the silver ones as well and they look great too. I agree with 99FRC though, the dark rims give a Pi$$ed off look to it. Post pics of whatever you do.
