Front plates look like crap and most people with corvettes are not out commiting crimes so help us keep our cars good looks.

 

Do you have link to the actual bill?? I'm curious to see how this reads.

just put the front license plate in the window, get like a little suction cup with a hook on it and put it on the far right bottom of the windshield

 

I'd heard about this a couple months back... from what I could gather I think it keeps getting stalled. I'd love to see that pass, one less thing I'd get harassed for in some of the small towns around here.

1. Have you ever seen what things do in a crash? I want to keep my head attached to my body.

2. That's still improper display... same ticket you'll get for not having one on there at all.

 

I 100% agree... That plate turns into a moving razor blade.

 

I have had 3 no front plate tickets in Oregon. 2 Were in my old C5. *Shrug* I will continue having no front plate until the fines get prohibitivly expensive.

 

I will never put a front plate on my vette. The broker I bought it from when he ordered plates for my car only ordered one. The state only gave him one and they were new plates. btw my 02 ram, when I bought brande new has had no front plate on it since I bought it the first day. Only been giving a warning once.

 

I hate the front plate and hopefully this will go through and the rest of the states will follow.
