Need more information cause there is too many variables. What do you want to do with the car? Daily driver?

I would go with LGs headers unless you need 1 7/8" in that case I would get Kooks but they are something else to install

My '99 is a daily driver, so I decided on a mid 220's duration cam. I haven't completed the install yet, but it is getting a 226° duration with .585" lift Patriot Performance cam.

TSP makes a nice set of longtubes for around $500. Ill be picking up a set soon from them and I just bought a 224/228 .581/.588 110lsa cam for my car, I had a Magic Stick3 in my Z28 and it was a tad much on the street for me taste, but made GOOD power!

What he said. Those Kook's 1 7/8" race headers are something else to install.

Cam really depends on what you want and how much pwoer you want to make.

I'd go with the widest separation they offer for a cam that size.

id recommend something lower in the 230s or possibly high 220s for duration if you want to
be able to use 6th gear and have some driveability still

If you go into the 230's (even with good tuning) you'll have it surging in 6th gear on the interstate (herky jerky crap) It will force you to put the shifter in 5th down the interstate and you'll see the mistake you've made.

I suggest 228 intake.. and give the exhaust a little more time 232 keep the lift under .590 and run Comp 918 springs, add an underdrive pulley, the $500 TSP headers and a nice tune... you should be happy with that combo..

The LSA will make it sound however you'd like..
114 light burble at idle, some will know it has a cam, some wont
112 light/good chop at idle, only idiots will think it's factory
110 most guys wont race if you pull up at a stop light... SKEEERD!!!

i've got some 243 cast Z06 heads going on my C5, Magic Stick 4 cam(MS4) TSP longtubes with their X-pipe, LS6 intake and T/B, Underdrive, and a dyno tune and i'm gonna be hoping for around 475+ RWHP I'd say get the TSP headers. they are cheap and great quality, and if you wanna have a big cam the MS3-4 are good choices but you'll have to get PRC double springs and Chromoly Pushrods to handle the lift I personally can't WAIT to get this baby together~Cole~

I have a 238/244 .605/.612 114 and drive close to stock while cruising with no surging or anything like that. Thats all in the tune! If your getting surging and your tuner cant fix it, its time to find a new tuner! Its not my daily driver, but it could be if I needed it to be w/o any probelms.
