Z06 on ZR1s....

Has anyone ever tried putting ZR1s on a vette? Wondering what they look like?

The wheel design looks good, I've seen one on an FRC race car...

The only thing is that it really needs 18's on the back to make the porportions look right.

Very true.... Im a fbody guy. I love the look of polished ZR1s on a SS.... Just wondering if it looked as good on the vette.

There is a Eb Z06 at our shop right now that has 17x9/ 17x11 black ZR1's on it. It actually looks ok.

Actually, since you were looking for some Black Z06s, we could work a trade out.... They have brand new tires on them as well....

That doesnt look like ZR1s.... That looks like the magnesium Y2k wheels.

They are brand new.... The car is sitting in his showroom floor with less than 1k miles on them. Pretty much like how the ZR1s were when I gave them to you....

I've got some black/polished ZR1's with MT's on the rear for the track and I think they look pretty good. Although I don't have any pics with them on the car but if I feel like having some traction in the next couple of days I will snap a couple for you!

lol..I actually started a thread in the wheels/tires section requesting to see pics of black ZR1's on a C5 and got no responses so I'll stick around and hopefully see some pics in your thread.

Im actually thinking about the high polished ZR1s.... I think those on a Red Z06 would be awesome looking. Does anyone know where they make 18" ZR1s? Or would they need to be specialy made?
