Jamie will be working on the car, but whats the point if you are out of cash ??
That's the point of asking for donations. Not kidding, a buck goes a long way when a lot of people get involved.
The tally so far is still 30 bucks bro. Not sure how much that will help but its a start.

I'd like you to state your reasons,...right here.
Tell me why a rear mounted turbo system,...is better then a short piped, front mount.
Please don't tell me about the "cooling effect" or benefit from the length of pipe,..etc etc.
I have NOTHING against STS,....as I have successfully installed numerous kits without any return failures,.....but I don't see it better then a kit, that has less piping/etc. No to mention,...your not "supposed" to run long tubes with a rear mount....hows the stock manifolds more efficent then a large walled set of tubular hearders?
Not bitching,...just questioning the reason behind your choice.
I FULLY understand the EASE of installation on an STS kit,..... if thats it, then yeah, ya got me. Much easier. But,...that'd be where i'd draw the line.

...no problem man, and thanks Alex.
The car is in Vero Beach right now,....which is roughly 135 miles(actually farther if you count the time/miles it takes me to actually reach the highway).
I originally planned on having the kit custom made, from a family friend, so I trailered the car there.....ended up finding the PTK kit,...so,..just figured I'd do the install up there. As soon as the pipes/exhaust are fabbed...I will trailer it back down here, so I can test/tune without having to worry about putting on a kit like this,..and hopping right on the highway for two hours or less...and worring about the POSSABILITY of something geting too hot...etc.
....that said, the car is a little distance away in a safe place.

Thanks man. I actually sold my B&B bullets last night, and helped install them on my buddies speedway white Z06. Car sounds great,...happy they went to a friend.
That, gives me a few extra bucks to pay for a few pipes,...and hopefully get the ball rolling. Just now trying to find some crazy aluminum pieces, that seem to be impossible to find. Thankfully,...I've gotten some good information from a few board members and friends regarding what I need,.. soo, I am feeling better. I gotta charge my cell phone, then make a phone call to hopefully,....the place that can make what I need. Soo,...I don't believe in lucj but,...lets say my fingers are crossed. Either way,...i've made peace with myself as far as rushing/trying to get the car done. One way or another, it'll happen,...just might take a lil longer. Soo,...in the end,...no big deal I guess.
Good to talk to you last night as well man, sorry for the pshycotic laughter at first,...lol...like I said, I watched my buddy back right up into his other car, at a good speed,...and no damage was done to either car. It was soo funny to watch(not at first cause I tried to stop him with my horn), couldn't help but crack up....
I'm sure your future setup, will be exactly what your looking for,.....and I know you'll love it. give me a hollar anytime bro.

Found all of my parts.
My Aluminum 3" V band flanges, my 2 1/2 inch 90's,...and the donuts. Trying to see if I can swing everything(it's not that much money).
If all goes well, i'll have some local parts tomorrow, the aluminum pipe, the flanges, and 2 1/20's. The dounuts are coming from michigan,..so, maybe next week for that stuff. if soo,..SWEET. I'd say,..it's all up to the fabricator now. Maybe a week,..maybe two..possibly more, who knows.
Anyways,...thats the daily update. Still gotta plumb my fuel rails so I can use them...which shouldn't be too bad. Then, dammit...i'm gonna have to buy more exhaust wrap, probably another 100 feet. yippie.

243.oo for 2 3" aluminum dounuts
105.oo for 4 2 1/2" 90 degree bends
and
2 3" V band flanges
60.oo for 15 feet of aluminum pipe.
**** just added up real quick.
Well, atleast I sold my old catback to recoupe the money loss. Call it a wash. It's either I spend the money now,....or, over a short time,...or just do everything in steel. And, well, I wanna save weight,...I want it to be...purposful and different. Soo, forget about the steel,...wait a little longer,...and go with the aluminum.
I'd probably be less then 200 bucks if I went steel.
