tornado hit us!

tornado hit us! My parents and brother got into the basement in time so they are all ok, but everything else is just gone or badly damaged. My dads cars are all damaged. The back wall to the barn is laying on my dad's vette, my dads 67 Caprice, 79 malibu and a few other cars.

Thats shitty man but like said at least you are all ok and thats most important. Tornados are freaky when I was in the Army in Oklahoma we had a few close ones and I will take a hurricane any day.

Sorry to hear about the cars, but glad to hear your family is fine. Thank god for insurance. Insurance can fix a car, but can't replace a family member. Please keep us up to date. I really hope everything gets worked out in your favor.

thanks guys. Yes if my dad didn't hurt his leg last week, he would not of been in the house listening to the weather. The only way my mom and bro knew was cause my dad yelled out to them to get in the house. My bro was in that barn and my mom was in the smaller barn! So if my dad didn't tell them, they might of been dead!!!! So that is a blessing in itself. As far as I know nobody died from this twister.

Yea the cars can be replaced. My insurance will be coming out today, outta be a good one with them. Just got the vette back like 2 months ago.

well we were able to get most of the cars out from under the barn. My vette is not super bad. The roof is cracked in a few spots. the front glass is cracked along with the back window being out of it. The decklid is scratched up along with a little bit of the front fender. The rear bumper cover is smashed down and over but nothing to bad. Hopefully the adjuster will come out soon to get my cars to the bodyshop. My dads caprice is at the bodyshop already along with my moms ram. Hopefully my dads vette and my vette will be at the bodyshop by this weekend, well my dads before mine.
Anyways thanks guys about all the comments. Very glad we are pulling cars out of the barn and not putting my family in the ground! Thank you god.

That along with my dads cars are all damaged. The back wall to the barn is laying on my vette, my dads 69 vette, 79 malibu and a few other cars. The front window on my vette is cracked and the rear glass is shattered. There is also a lot of weight on the back of the car.
