hes cam only, so no his heads are untouched, but does have upgraded valvetrain

im shooting for the 70s, i just wanna get on there good enough so that im not kicked out 2 weeks later

im shooting for 50's....... lol

th400 5500-6000 stall and 4.30's still at 3320 pounds...

give it a couple months. im number 15 now and dont like it

wow we all got some big dreams Cam ONLY....i want 10.40s too...haha jk you guys got man cams compared to my little 230/230...lol

this is what i can remember is out of the car-
windshield washer resv.
black plastic radiator air deflector (2 pieces)
front sway bar and brackets
a/c (33lbs)
fiberglass hood (35-40 lbs)
sound deadening under carpet (16-18lbs)
modified stock drivers seat with AL (12lbs)
front & rear bumper supports (40lb)
rear seats and seat belts
floor mats
rear plastic pieces in trunk(2 sides and one deflector, only for the track)
passenger seat(only for the track)
heat shielding (8lbs)
tunnel brace (3-4lbs)
front skinny rims with metric tires(convo pros)
rear 9.25x15 (convo pros)
i weigh 150-155lbs
car is a hardtop

things that added weight
subrame connectors
rear drag bar
body mount tq arm
amp wire 4 ga, and 3 gauge pod with wires ran
jl audio 6.5" heavy speakers over stock

I think that is about it

thats about what i am w/ weight removed. im right around 3200 w/ me in the car.

being on the bubble (15) sucks lol.

i was just dynoed tuned on friday on a mustang dyno and did 429/381 hopefully w/ that new sus i can pull a 10.7

i really wish the 3 of us were close to each other, we would have a blast racing one an other

Wait I have to ask... What do you meen by the car not being at WOT on the first run, and how its pulling timing because of oil pressure or some catch can shizz? Im rebuilding my cam only motor now and I thought I had everything all figured out but i guess not..

His car always seems to pick up more MPH after 3-4 runs down the track,he only got one run then the rain started.The catch can keeps oil out of the throtle body,which will give you KNOCK RETARD,and will pull timing.Thunder racing sells them for 99$

yup exactly...

i data logged a couple runs on the street and i wanted to check the knock retard...out of 4 runs 2 of them showed some slight knock retard...anywhere from .5*-1 degree...i am thinking this is due to the pvc valve and oil being sucked into the intake...i know my dads catch can gets filled up pretty quick...

and yes my cars first run is always the lowest mph of the night...the computer is constantly learning and after a WOT run it seems to make more power on the following runs...i.e. more mph
