Default CAM ONLY 10.92 at 121MPH!!!

Well made it to the track but only like 10 people got to run before it started misting out and we all got rain checks...such a waste, track prep was amazing...

mph was down looks like for two possible reasons...i need a catch can have been pulling .5-1* timing probably due to the pvc oil...also car was not in WOT mode yet since i had only gotten one run...every time i run i usually gain close to 1 mph for the rest of the night over the first run...oh well got a couple hundreths better...

His 60 ft is incredible for a STOCK 3.23 gear!He has gone 1.400 when my best is a 1.4xx and i have ported heads, bigger cam, 4.11 gear and a pt 4400.His cam is making 35 ft lbs more TQ over mine, thats what i attribute his 60 ft to.He specked out his own cam with PRED & PAT G. help,IM his DAD! Only goes to show you with the right combo you do not ALWAYS need a gear change making the rear end weaker.

Nice one Chris, you have a strong motor and a well balanced combo. You also do things right and pay attention to details. That is where your success lies. Well done.

Nothing wrong with that. My 9.53 run yesterday only had a 1.42 60 foot LOL, but I'm overpowering the track/car, at your level that's not easy to do.

That car's heavy too, and not even close to optimal on the gearing. There's another 1/2 second left in that car at a minimum.

Eeh whatever it takes to get to 3000 lbs. Gear that thing accordingly too, set of 4.10's would do you wonders.
