Default Fastest Bone Stock A4 and M6

I saw an argument going on a different forum about how all LS1 cars run 12.90's stock. I know that what, maybe 1% or bone stockers have ran that number and probably all M6 cars. But that got me wondering what is the fastest anyone has ran bone stock with an A4 and also an M6? I saw the "fastest list" sticked but didn't see this category in the thread. Might be somthing to add to that sticky.

I believe Ken (Kenny?) posted a 12.9x in a bone stock Z28 A4... quickest m6 I've heard of was 12.8x... people for whatever reason weren't tracking these things back when it was happening and the only real 'evidence' we have is the Evan Smith passes and a few people on this site that have done so many years ago. (UnbelievableLS1, Nineball, 2MCHPWR to list a few)

Edit: Here is the fastest auto I know of... I'm sure others exist...

60' 1.921
333' 5.442
1/8th 8.327
MPH 85.28
1000' 10.832
1/4 12.957
MPH 105.88

bone stock = GSC or RSAs, paper filter, unmodified.

No mods period.

I remember when that A4 time was posted, good stuff. He points out that it was January and somewhat cool, wouldn't suprise me if you checked that the air was perfect and maybe it was negative DA. In great air back in 2000 I took a car with !spare/jack, FTRA, and cutout and it went 12.85@110mph, not my car.

Oh yeah.. January pass for the win.

I show -636 DA for 9am and -284 DA for 9pm

Hottest part of the day 3pm - was still 585 DA. Not sure when he ran but thats a good look at the range that day.

I do recall folks going 13.1's stock around here in good air, so when he had that awesome air he ran a tenth faster... Totally believable.

Kenny H did go 12.95... called me on the phone when it happend and still did not believe it...

I went 12.85 @ 111.22 but that was with a K&N and !jack/spare Cold March day at Atco I believe... It was my first stick car and I was not as good of a driver with much less experience than I have now.

I can't remember what Scott [2MCHPWR] went in his car stock, but I can find out I'm sure.

I would love to get my hands on a bone stock '02 LS1 Camaro or Formula and try my hand at it now. Years ago I beat Even Smith's time in my friends car for a magazine shoot, Im sure I can put a showroom stock car into the 12's now. Might take a few passes to get used to waiting that long between shifts again, but I would get it there...

I'mpressive. I'd love to see what someone like WS6Transam01 could do with some killer air and a bone stock MN6 car.

Well I could always toss on my factory springs and get a stock airbox (since I cut the bottom of mine out)... if you weren't in NJ it would be easy. haha

13.1 at 108 bone stock

I only ran it twice shortly after buying it, so I'm sure with good air and practice it could have had a 12.9 in it.

12.97 @ 107 back in January of 2001 with only 147 miles on the clock with the stock paper filter and the F1's fully inflated.

Buddy of mine in the club rain a 13.08 on a higher mileage '02 Z A4. He consistently runs 13.1-13.2 range.

yeah... shifting a car that is in Iowa/Illinois from NJ can prove troublesome...
