slower after h/c install
Have some passes on the new setup and I'm running slower... wtf!
Had a personal best last season of a 7.8 in the 1/8th and my best time tonight was an 8.00 with consistant 1.8 60ft
I should be faster after adding around 50rwhp so I dunno wtf is up

What size converter do you have ? I had a PTC 3500 in my car when it was bolt ons only and it went 7.50 but I put a MS3 cam in it and a tune and ran it and mph got better and 60 was slower. Time was a best of 7.45 so I changed to a 4400 converter and went 7.18 .

Yeah I can't find my older time slips, they must have got mixed in with some trash papers
I dyno tuned in the morning and put down 382rwhp and 394rwtq
I had a thought of bad gas cuz I put a couple of gallons in to make sure I could make a round trip!

Who tuned it, what rpm is it shifting at, do you have the dyno graph. The hp should be higher than the torque. You need something besided street tires lol.

You should be running around a 7.6 or so. There is def something wrong with the tune IMO. You should be doing much better than 8.0 even with a 1.8 60'. Try putting on a good tire and go back and see what she does.
