New Best 1/4, but my MC is killing me, AHHH!!
So I ran tonight, at Delaware US 13 Dragway. Best of 13.146 @ 110.961MPH with a 2.2 60FT. My clutch slipped pretty bad, on street tires it hooked more then my clutch grabbed. When I hit second, nice lil chirp, then going into 3rd and 4th it was just so hard to get into gear because my stock master cylinder sticking to the floor. Even with the street tires, I see high 12s in my future with just a master cylinder and clutch. What you guys think?

I ran a 13.123 at 109.98 last night with a 2.1 60' So you're making a little bit more power than me with your ls6 intake and better flowing exhaust. I can testify that you need the Tick's Master Cylinder for sure. I was chirping 3rd with drag radials last night lol. Get a new clutch and get the Tick's MC and get some good launches in and you'll be in the mid 12s

I feel your pain. I managed to get a 12.82 outta mine. Stock 70k mile clutch. Never been outta the car. Mine does the same thing. After a few passes its hot and pedal sticks. Gotta give it a break and let it cool off If your traping 110. I see quicker times for sure. I can't wait to get my new clutch and a set of tires

Its untuned, its actually running lean, I dont like running it real hard. But I always make it to test and tune once a month. Just trying to get seat time. And yes that Master Cylinder is absolutely horrible, squeaks every time I push in or let out, and reverse is damn near impossible, and anything past 4k rpms and plan on putting your foot underneath to bring it back up to bang the next gear. So if you were to meter how much I was off the throttle during any given pass, youd probably slap me in the face if you didnt know what was going on lol All the local track guys are telling me to learn to shift, I said haha you guys try better under my circumstances, gotta love the old heads who dont understand the late model f bods
