Great mph with a 100,000 mile car!!! If you keep pushing that rear end and especially if you figure out how to hook it up...you'll be using that second car or the bus. Just how it is with these puny rear ends.

You should dyno the car, I bet it puts up some good numbers.

Thanks everyone yea 318/328whp on a dyno jet. does the torque seem kinda low to u guys? first F body/LS powered car. i know every dyno reads different and its just a tuning tool, the numbers dont mean much. but seems like its a strong runner for trapping 107mph.

God, the view from the rear of a Camaro shows how ******* fat those tires are. Makes me baffled that these cars are able to spin such wide tires so easily.

Torque seems about average. How many pulls did you do on the Dyno?

For my car I did two pulls, 326WHP both times, 337 WTQ on the first and 347 WTQ on the second pull after I turned off the A/C .

I dont know if its a good comparison for you but my 01 WS6 went 13.1 @109 dead stock and three days old. Then the following week it went 12.9@ 110 with just a lid and then with MAC mid length headers and Y pipe and some seat time it went 12.40s @114. No tune.
I did dyno it one time and I think it was around 350 and the A/F was dead rich.

I would say you car will run a little better with some seat time and basic drag racer prep. Have fun.

thanks jleews6 wow 109 traps is badass for bone stock! ya im pretty sure all i need is more seat time with the car i think with like 3 or 4 passes i could get the car down to a low 13 or high 12. the 13.3 pass was the first clean pass of the day so i didnt know where to launch the car at. it was super packed that day at the track since it was opening day and i didnt get to run the car again. still pretty happy with the way the car performed 13.3 isnt bad for first time running a rwd down the track. I know the car has a lot more in it.

Ran the car again last weekend but had clutch problems kept slipping after the first run i think the factory clutch has just had enough of the tires lol still ended up going 13.6 @106mph the car felt stronger then usual for some reason at the track i opened up the lid and saw my Paper Filter looked like a filter to a vacuum cleaner ( i had never checked it before) i pulled it out idk maybe that could be why it felt stronger? lol anyways got a cool pic out of the night. showing some wheel gap lol this run i actually did a pretty nice 2nd gear burnout and the tires must of got sticky i never really tried actually doing a burnout to warm up the tires because i was afraid of the rear end lol but anyways launched the car a little over 3k and it bogged bad but heres a pic lol

OP, that looks like Renegade Raceway outside of Yakima... I just ran my car there this weekend! Don't remember seeing any LS1's but there were 2 other LT1's.

Edit: Just read the banner ads, small world.
