Default Twin Turbo C5 Z06 9.6 @ 141

Its been a number of years since I've been active on this site, however, the racing hasn't stopped.
Currently running a 2003 Mallett C5 Z06 with a 390 LQ9 with twin 62mm turbos mounted in the fenders. Other mods include a ZR1 6060, ZR1 diff, Trickflow 235 heads, 230/230 cam, Mantic twin disc, 26" bias ply tires, etc, etc.

Power wise the car has made 1215whp on C16 at 23lbs. On pump gas it made 850whp at 15lbs, and 1050whp at 23lbs.
At the track, I started around the 850whp mark and moved up to the 950-1000whp mark when the clutch finally let go (I never expected it to last at the higher power levels anyways).
Best time so far was 9.635 @ 141.31 with a 1.431 60' (1/8 mile was 6.212 @ 114.31)

The car is now down for a new clutch. Ended up having Mantic build a sintered iron triple so I'll switch to the C6 QuickTime bellhousing, C6 input shaft, ZR1 slave, etc. Also while the car is down it is getting the new BTR intake, new camshaft and swapping out the old Borla stinger 2.5" axle-back for a Huron Speed 3" muffler-less axle-back.

I hope to be back running soon and hoping to go 8's.

Thats getting it done. Where in SC are you? I'm in the upstate and run my car at Shadyside and Greer.

Once I spray my car is should go 6.2 or quicker in the 1/8 and a high 9 sec 1/4. I dont think my car will trap 141mp though.

I'm in Aiken; usually run at Carolina Dragway (Jackson). I wanted to make the stick shift race at Shadyside but go figure, the car broke before then. I was hoping to make SCT Charlotte, too, but it doesn't look like that will happen.

and I'm not getting my car back to the track until my nitrous install is done so I won't make it either. Right now it runs 6.90's @ 101 NA

[QUOTE = Black8Banger; 20104516]自從我活躍於這個網站已有好幾年了,但是賽車並沒有停止。

[/ QUOTE]How much compression do you use?

That's definitely 1/8 which isn't that fast at all for the power.

It might be some what quick I guess I thought it was the op times you were referring to. 6.90 is not bad in the 1/8th depending on set up
