Default Help me estimate my 0-60

I was just curious, approximately what would my 0-60mph time have been on my 98 Formula? It ran 12.68 at 110.6, with a 1.81 60ft. I figure that with those kind of specs it was probably good for about a 4.5 second 0-60.

And how about my current car? It has run a 13.89 at 98.2, with a 2.04 60ft. I figure it should do it in about 6 seconds flat.

I'm not excatly the best at these type of calculations, but wouldn't it be easier to use your 1/8 mile times?

My best 1/8th on my 95 was 8.94 at a leisurely 79.11 mph.

It says my LT1 would do 0-60 in 5.14 seconds. Interesting. I don't think it's quite that quick.

I also put in a rough guesstime (8.19 at 86) for what my 98 would've run in the 1/8th on the 12.68 run, it spit out 3.99 seconds.

Think about a Porsche 911 TT, they are under 4 seconds 0-60 and your car is quite a bit quicker then that with less MPH, thus its MUCH quicker down low then a 911 TT.

It's best ET is only 13.89 (although it is still bone stock)

I saved this a while back. Not sure how accurate it is...

2.3 second 60' time = 35.5 mph @60' = 7.0 second 0-60 time
2.2 second 60' time = 37.1 mph @60' = 6.5 second 0-60 time
2.1 second 60' time = 38.9 mph @60' = 5.9 second 0-60 time
2.0 second 60' time = 40.9 mph @60' = 5.2 second 0-60 time
1.9 second 60' time = 43.0 mph @60' = 4.6 second 0-60 time
1.8 second 60' time = 45.5 mph @60' = 4.0 second 0-60 time
1.7 second 60' time = 48.1 mph @60' = 3.4 second 0-60 time
1.6 second 60' time = 51.1 mph @60' = 2.9 second 0-60 time
1.5 second 60' time = 54.5 mph @60' = 2.2 second 0-60 time
1.4 second 60' time = 58.4 mph @60' = 1.5 second 0-60 time
1.36 second 60' time = 60.0 mph @60' = 1.36 second 0-60 time
1.3 second 60' time = 62.9 mph @60' = 1.2 second 0-60 time
1.2 second 60' time = 68.1 mph @60' = 1.1 second 0-60 time
1.1 second 60' time = 74.3 mph @60' = 0.9 second 0-60 time
1.0 second 60' time = 81.8 mph @60' = 0.7 second 0-60 time

That seems pretty accurate....

Most stock F-bodies 60' in the 2.0 range, putting them 0-60 in around 5.2 seconds...

My car probably goes well under 3 seconds for 0-60....thats when I have the Hoosiers on... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

My Hyundai's best 60 ft was 2.50, what would that be?
