LS1Tech vs SVTPerformance Drag Racing A few of the guys on SVTP were wanting to setup a race/carshow G2G over @ Commerce GA for fun.

There is a race at Milan dragway for LSX engines and Modular engines. It is listed on our website. W2Wpowertrain.com

They will back out, lol, but if I can make it I will go. I hope to run into 2 people, Predator and the admin over there, lightning Larry or something like that. He just keeps banning me for calling him an *******!!!

Sounds really nice i think 99% of LS1tech agreed to do it

I would love it. I could play on both sides of the fence! 
Any thoughts on a date and time {hope it's late in the season due to the summer heat} and what kind of race classes {hope there are some heads up, pro tree type classes}.
BTW, they have turned off registration over there.
Tell em to get it turned back on!

If I am back up and running I will definately come. 408 is going to a solid roller, should be done in about 4-5 weeks. Probably won't have the best tune for another 2-3 weeks. We'll see.

Well, guys I'm out. I am selling my car, all my parts, everything. I have a couple of other projects that have taken over within a week!!! A '69 Chevy Truck C-10 SWB 350 and a '68 Chevy Corvette t-top. Sorry...good luck and beat some ***.

If you guys would like to do that at ATCO (New Jersey), we could probably swing a private track rental for $133 per car - 15 car maximum. Spectators are unlimited and free, BUT.....
What you can do is sell your spot halfway through so more people can race, just 15 car maximum can run at any one time.
I am administrator of www.svtsnake.com , yes I know I don't have a Stang anymore
, but the Viper is still a snake.
We have done rentals there before and it is a great time.
We have a guy running 10.4@134+ with just a ported stock 03 blower and a small shot of NOS and many 11 second Cobras as well as a certain 11 second Viper.
IF you guys are interested, pop on to the site, go in to the "Lounge" and spark some interest. Tell them yell03 (Howard) sent you.
Just keep it fun.
If you go in to the pics and videos section you can see the vids of our last track rental on 4/29/05 - see the 10.4 pass and my 11.6 there also.

We are having a race in Michigan that pits the LS GM engine against the Ford Modular Engine. It is the first Friday Of next Month at Milan Dragway. We would like to see the fast Mod cars show up. If you could post it in the proper spot on your sight I would be gratefull.
